Job DescriptionNineStar Connect is looking for a talented MSP Technician to join our Technology team and help deliver exceptional managed technology solutions to our business customers.
As an MSP Technician, you'll work directly with customers, sales professionals, and engineers to design, implement, and support technology solutions that keep businesses running efficiently and securely. You'll serve as a trusted technical resource, helping customers maintain and optimize their IT infrastructure while delivering outstanding customer service.
This position is assigned to support Amplify Hancock and will be primarily stationed at the Amplify Hancock location in Greenfield, Indiana. The MSP Technician will provide onsite technical support, infrastructure management, and technology solutions while serving as an extension of NineStar Connect's Technology team.
