Human Resources Manager

Location: Hybrid | Washington, DC Salary: $90,000 $110,000 (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time, Exempt Reports to: Managing Partner / Practice Manager

What You'll Do

You will oversee core HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, including:

• HR Operations & Compliance
• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Employee Relations & Performance Management
• Employee Development
• Benefits & HR Administration

What You Bring

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently

• Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable presence
• High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
