Job Description
MoCap Financial Group is expanding and hiring 2 motivated sales reps to join our team.
We are looking for individuals with strong phone skills and a great attitude who want to build a career in commercial finance and grow into high-level closers.
This is not a typical MCA shop.
We focus on larger asset-backed financing deals with significantly higher earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Speaking with business owners seeking capital
• Qualifying deals and identifying opportunities
• Learning how to structure financing solutions
• Working directly with leadership to close deals
• Developing into a full-cycle closer
What We’re Looking For
• Strong phone presence (this is key)
• Positive attitude and high energy
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Sales experience preferred (MCA experience required)
• Competitive and money motivated
What You’ll Learn
• Asset-backed financing (real estate secured deals)
• Business lending (LOCs, term loans, SBA)
• How to structure and close larger transactions
• Advanced sales and deal-making skills
Compensation
****COMMISSION ONLY****
• Performance-based growth to higher commission splits
• $150,000 – $250,000+ earning potential
