Job Summary:

As our Community Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of CyberFOX’s brand presence—driving memorable experiences at national tradeshows, summits, and partner events. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure every event you attend runs smoothly, from logistics and sponsorships to creative engagement and on-site execution. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing people together.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tradeshow Travel: Must be willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with event attendees, answer questions, and create a positive brand impression.
  • Product Demonstration: Showcase product quality and functionality through hands-on demos or interactive experiences.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Support: Connect interested partners with sales, gather contact information, and help influence purchasing decisions.
  • Setup and Logistics: Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of event booths or displays, which may involve lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Promotional Activities: Distribute promotional materials and manage prize draws or giveaways.

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time; travel is a core part of this role.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills; comfortable interacting with new people.
  • Adaptable and able to work in fast-paced, changing event environments.
  • Comfortable with physical aspects of events, including standing for long periods and assisting with booth setup/breakdown.
  • Ability to learn and speak confidently about CyberFOX’s core products
  • Prior experience with events, tradeshows, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm ET
  • Professional office environment or home environment if restrictions prevent open access to an office environment.
  • CyberFOX is a hybrid working environment. Currently, we work three days a week in the office. Our hybrid working environment is subject to change overtime.
  • Up to 75% travel required for tradeshows and events.
