So, as an experienced stylist at Drybar Ashburn, you’ll enjoy:

• Local travel time (1-5miles) up to 10 minutes travel to the shop

• Licensed Virginia Cosmetologists / Hair Stylists who love blowouts and styling
• Stylists with strong blowout technique, finishing skills with all textured clients
• Added interest and consideration, if you can style textures 3-4c
• Professionals with a positive, team-oriented attitude in action
• Who are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences
• Individuals ready to shine during the busiest times during your shift

Qualifications

Licensing & Styling Skills

• You hold a valid in-state cosmetology license for the state you work in
• You’re a pro at blowouts, styling, braids, updos , and all things fabulous
• You know your way around Drybar tools and products (or you're ready to learn!)
• You deliver Instagram-worthy hair , every single time

Guest Experience Goals

• You’ve got that warm, welcoming energy that keeps guests coming back
• You create a feel-good vibe every appointment—no exceptions
• You know how to communicate with kindness, clarity, and a splash of sass

Team Spirit

• You’re a collaboration queen (or king!) and love working with a close-knit team
• You jump in to help with cleaning, stocking, or cheering someone on—because that’s just who you are
