Point Quest Group is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our Education, Training & E-Learning department within the Education / Teaching / Administration industry. In this role, you will work directly with students who have a wide range of learning, behavioral, and developmental needs, providing tailored instruction and support that promotes meaningful progress, independence, and long-term success. Drawing on Point Quest Group’s expertise in Special Education and Healthcare services, you will design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that target academic, social-emotional, and functional skills, using evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making. You will adapt curriculum, modify instructional materials, and integrate assistive technology to ensure that each student can access learning in the way that best suits their strengths and needs. Collaboration is central to this position: you will partner closely with behavior specialists, related service providers, administrators, and families to build cohesive, student-centered support plans that align with therapeutic and educational goals. You will maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with special education regulations, while also communicating regularly with parents and caregivers about student growth and strategies that can be reinforced at home. At Point Quest Group, you will be part of a supportive and inclusive culture that values innovation, diversity, and professional growth. You will contribute to a safe, positive, and structured learning environment where students feel respected and encouraged to take risks as learners. As a member of our committed team, you will have opportunities for ongoing training, mentoring, and skill development, allowing you to deepen your expertise in specialized instructional strategies, behavior management, and collaborative problem-solving. This role offers the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of students and their families, while working within a dynamic, hybrid environment that can blend on-site instruction and collaboration with flexible, technology-enhanced practices. By joining Point Quest Group, you will help advance our mission of providing tailored educational and behavioral support services that foster growth, independence, and optimal outcomes for every learner.
