Job Title: Experienced Roofer Company: Miceli Roofing Location: Cranston, Rhode Island Job Type: Full-Time | Seasonal

Miceli Roofing is hiring an Experienced Roofer to join our growing team across residential and commercial projects throughout Rhode Island. We're looking for a skilled, self-motivated tradesperson who takes pride in their work and can hit the ground running on day one. Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems on residential and commercial properties
• Work with asphalt shingles, architectural shingles, flat roofing systems, EPDM, and related materials
• Install flashing, underlayment, drip edge, ridge vents, and ice & water shield
• Follow all Rhode Island building codes and manufacturer installation specifications
• Safely operate roofing tools and equipment including nail guns, compressors, and ladders
• Identify and communicate roofing issues to the foreman or project manager
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
• Work efficiently as part of a crew to meet project deadlines
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Represent Miceli Roofing professionally when interacting with homeowners and property managers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on roofing experience
• Solid knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing systems
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, work orders, and material specifications
• Comfortable working at heights and on steep-slope roofs in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Valid driver's license preferred
• OSHA 10 certification a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with storm damage and insurance repair work
• Knowledge of Rhode Island permit and inspection processes
• Familiarity with CertainTeed or similar manufacturer systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
