• Edit content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to AP style or the Chicago Manual of Style as required.
• Conduct fact-checking to verify the accuracy of information presented in documents.
• Collaborate with writers and editors to enhance the overall quality of content.
• Provide constructive feedback on writing style and structure.
• Assist in research efforts to support content development.
• Maintain a high standard of quality across all written materials, including technical documents, proposals, and creative writing projects.

• Strong proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in copy editing and editing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Solid writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style as needed.
• Familiarity with AP style and the Chicago Manual of Style.
• Experience in fact-checking and conducting thorough research.
• Background in journalism or related fields is a plus.
• Knowledge of copywriting principles and proposal writing techniques.
• Ability to engage in technical writing when necessary.
• Proficient in word processing software and tools.
