Project Manager - PMP

What you are doing:

-Oversee all projects and programs specifically for our portfolio. 

-Work closely with the business analysts, IT technical teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to provide an organized framework for projects, resources and dollars associated with our portfolio.

-Develop and Manage all projects within the portfolio. 

-Oversee and coordinate various interrelated projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet overall business objectives. 

-Collaborate with various stakeholders, including other project managers, IT team members, and senior management, to align project goals with organizational strategy. 

-Develop and manage program budgets, resource management for IT and that projects are completed within scope. 

-Monitor and evaluate the performance of projects within the program, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. 

-Identify potential risks and issues within the program and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. 

-Provide regular updates to senior management on program status, challenges, and achievements.

-Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding portfolio status. 

What you need:

-Familiarity with project management software and tools to track progress and manage resources effectively. 

-Ability to think strategically and solve problems, addressing potential roadblocks proactively. 

-Strong analytical and quantitative skills. 

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 

-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams towards achieving program objectives. 

-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise between different stakeholders and team members. 

-Experience in portfolio management, project management with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies. 

-PMP certificate

-Strong understanding of Microsoft products, and Monday.com 

-Please anticipate at times to travel between 10-20% based on projects within your portfolio.

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field

-Need to be Located in California or Texas
