Key Responsibilities Assist in the setup and daily operations of animation production and post-production processes Track and monitor department progress, ensuring tasks meet scheduled targets Maintain accurate data in production management software and coordinate information flow between teams Required Qualifications Proven experience coordinating or managing projects in the 3D animation or game development industry Proficiency with production/project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or ShotGrid Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere or similar editing software Experience with Unreal Engine, Maya, and/or Blender Strong organizational and time management skills
