The Mobile Tester is responsible for validating the quality, functionality, and performance of software applications across web and mobile platforms. This role supports projects within State Medicaid / Integrated Eligibility environments and focuses on ensuring applications meet functional, technical, and business requirements through comprehensive testing practices. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts and test cases based on business and functional requirements. Perform end-to-end, functional, and regression testing to validate application behavior. Perform testing on iOS and Android mobile applications to ensure consistency and usability. Validate actual outcomes against expected results and document findings. Log, track, and manage defects using test management or defect tracking tools. Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Support testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Ensure testing coverage aligns with project standards and delivery timelines. Required Qualifications Proven experience developing and executing test cases and test scripts. Hands-on experience performing functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. Experience testing applications across multiple platforms, including: iOS and Android devices Experience logging and managing defects using defect tracking or test management tools. Familiarity with test automation tools and methodologies. Previous experience supporting a State Medicaid or Integrated Eligibility project. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with mobile test automation tools or frameworks. Experience supporting public sector or government healthcare systems.
