  • Create and adapt digital content (graphics, short videos, emails, social posts) for campaign use. While some materials will be produced from scratch, the role will increasingly rely on templates and content systems to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
  • Train staff, volunteers, and interns on digital best practices and tools.
  • Manage digital tools including EveryAction, social media platforms, and SMS programs.
  • Set up and optimize emails, donation forms, action alerts, and surveys.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve digital outreach.
  • Manage day-to-day digital outreach activities.
  • Engage online supporters to take offline actions and integrate them into campaigns.
  • Follow up with new and existing followers within 48 hours.
  • Support the Organizing team with story, photo, video, and quote collection.
  • Collaborate with regional organizers to ensure digital outreach supports on-the-ground work.
  • Hold at least 2 one-on-one meetings per month with supporters or volunteers.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical campaign files.

As-needed tasks such as:

  • Participate in staff fundraising efforts including membership/donation calls, ad book contributions, and event sponsorships.
  • Provide logistical support for special fundraising events.
  • Represent MOJwJ at local and statewide public events and coalition meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Solid commitment to the principles of social, economic and racial justice
  • Commitment to dismantling white supremacy and patriarchy
  • Proven experience utilizing digital tools for advocacy, organizing, or nonprofit campaigns.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills for email, social media, and web content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing files, timesheets, and campaign documentation.
  • Comfortable with basic data hygiene, segmentation, and supporter onboarding strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, especially with organizers and communications staff.
