Supporting the adoption and execution of Scrum practices, the full-time Junior Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track team progress, and assist in removing impediments while working remotely in the United States. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Track and escalate impediments to ensure timely resolution and maintain team focus on sprint goals Apply agile principles and contribute to process improvement through active participation in retrospectives Required Qualifications 0-2 years of relevant experience in software development, project coordination, or agile environments Basic understanding of Scrum ceremonies, roles, and workflows Ability to support team activities and facilitate Scrum events Must be a legal US Citizen residing in the continental United States ITAR compliance and ability to provide proof of citizenship are required
