Oatey 2026 Summer Internship Program The Oatey Intern Experience is a 12‑week summer internship designed to provide college students with meaningful work, professional networking, and personal growth in a collaborative team environment. Interns work closely with experts, develop critical skills, and gain exposure to all leadership levels of Oatey. Human Resources Summer Intern – Responsibilities Join internal HR meetings and external partner sessions to learn about HR functions and offerings. Shadow functional and field HR team members to understand their responsibilities and strategic contributions. Apply basic employment law concepts to assigned projects and activities. Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening candidate resumes. Use HRIS data to identify trends and opportunities to enhance onboarding for new hires. Support company‑wide efforts related to Workday improvement and employee record auditing. Maintain confidentiality in all work performed. Complete additional projects as assigned. Human Resources Summer Intern – Qualifications Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. Overall 3.0 GPA or higher. Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills; capacity for critical thinking and problem solving. Desire to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment. Previous HR internship experience (sets you apart). Compensation $20.00 USD hourly.
