About the Role:

Operate assembly, gluing, cutting machines, arrange material on cart type trays to meet the pack standard, as well as production, quality, and safety plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Availability to rotate shifts
• Precise measuring, reading, and recording dimensions using a tape measure.
• Mattress industry experience preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends if required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate measurement of materials before and after cutting.
• Maintain cleanliness of HR materials throughout the process.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
• Meet and uphold the company’s quality standards
• Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation and follow established work instructions
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers and personnel from other departments.
• Report any process issues or abnormalities to the production supervisor promptly.
• Properly care for and operate the machinery assigned to the workstation.
• Use raw materials responsibly and prevent unnecessary waste.
• Comply with all work regulations, including schedules and workplace rules
• Achieve company goals related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Represent and uphold the company’s image and values through daily work practices.
• Organize and arrange materials at the workstation to support efficient workflow
• Complete required boards, reports, and forms related to production, quality, and safety.

Job Requirements:

Physical ability to lift heavy objects greater than or equal to 44 lbs.
