Prepare and present insurance quotes in a clear, confident, client‑friendly way. Close new business and meet monthly sales goals. Identify opportunities during renewals to improve coverage or pricing (service team handles processing). Support retention by checking in with clients and ensuring they’re satisfied. Handle basic service touchpoints such as answering questions, taking payments, or directing clients to the service team. Document all interactions in our CRM. Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth onboarding and policy changes. Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development. Requirements 2+ years of sales experience Texas General Lines P&C License, Life & Health — or willingness to obtain (we provide study guidance and training materials).
