About The Role

Our client is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to efficiently manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless support to Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Sales teams. This role is crucial in maintaining optimal performance and organization within the Randolph WI warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine warehouse and departmental procedures.
• Train new employees effectively.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance routine activities.
• Meet individual and departmental goals and objectives.
• Work flexible shifts as needed.
• Engage with management regularly and effectively.
• Participate actively in employee performance review processes.
• Oversee daily operational activities.
• Supervise departmental employees' activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Maintain a valid driver's license at all times.
• Monitor performance levels of departmental employees.
• Resolve conflicts effectively.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Two to three years of related work experience.
• Supervision experience in a warehouse environment is necessary.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedural documents.
• Proficiency in performing routine, high school level mathematical operations.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Email, and Access Windows OS.
• Effective electronic communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must meet physical demands representative of warehouse work.

Work Environment

• Onsite work required.
