The Role :

The Coordinator, Global HR Operations supports the Director of Global HR Operations in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR operations across the Center. This role partners closely with the HR team and directly supports the Global Director to help administer and communicate HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate data across HR systems. The Coordinator supports in key operational processes, handles general inquires, monitor HR service requests, and provides HR related support for all center employee to ensure effective HR service delivery and operational efficiency.

This position will be based in our New York Office.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Support the Director, Global HR Operations to ensure that the HR department operations run smoothly and effectively and deliver maximum value to the Center as a whole.
  • Partner with other members of the HR team to administer and communicate the various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
  • Maintain the annual departmental planning calendar.
  • Responsible for maintaining data accuracy across all systems and regions ( HRIS, Monday boards etc.)
  • Responsible for the maintenance and creation of all HR forms/memos for employee across the Center.
  • Responsible for the completion of proper onboarding and offboarding process and ensure that the department files are organized and in compliance with the record keeping requirements.
  • Prepare and manage reports for HR and a variety of program activities, Divisions
  • Timely processing of vendor contracts, invoices and expense.
  • Monitor Freshservice tickets to ensure all inquiries are appropriately assigned and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and edit presentations for conferences, board and executive team meetings, and other ad hoc internal and external meetings.
  • Interacts effectively with others across all Center offices and levels.
  • Work on projects and other duties as assigned.


Compensation:
$73,440 annual salary . This salary reflects a position based in New York City or Washington, D.C. This salary will be subject to a downward locality adjustment if authorization is granted to work outside the location listed in this posting. Note that most of the salaries listed on our job postings reflect New York, NY salaries, where our National offices are headquartered.

Union Status: This position is not covered by the Center's Collective Bargaining Agreement.

FLSA Exempt Status: This is an exempt role.

Level: P3a

Qualifications:

  • University Degree (baccalaureate or higher) in relevant field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Fluency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
