Community Engagement Manager (Part-Time, Flexible) – Snapology

Snapology sparks imagination. We bring hands-on STEAM adventures to kids through building, creating, experimenting, and pure playful learning. Our programs help children think like engineers, explore like scientists, and create like artists — all while having a blast. We partner with schools, libraries, and community organizations to make high-quality STEM education accessible and fun.
About the Role
Snapology is looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven Community Engagement Manager who loves connecting with people and believes in the power of playful learning. This is a flexible, part-time role (about 10 hours/week) with room to grow with the business.
If you’re a self-starter who thrives working independently, knows how to speak the language of schools, and gets excited about bringing STEM programs to kids, you’ll fit right in.What You’ll Do
· Build strong relationships with schools, districts, libraries, and community partners
· Seek out new opportunities to bring Snapology programs into the community
· Maintain and support existing partnerships to ensure programs run smoothly
· Present Snapology offerings to school administrators and community leaders
· Attend community events, fairs, and networking opportunities
· Manage your own outreach schedule, follow-ups, and progress tracking
· Represent Snapology with energy, professionalism, and a love for STEM education
Who You Are
· Experienced in school administration or school-based partnerships
· A confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people
· Outgoing, friendly, and energized by community engagement
· A proactive, independent worker who doesn’t need hand-holding
· Passionate about STEM, hands-on learning, and youth development
· Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple outreach efforts
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in education or community engagement
· Familiarity with enrichment or after-school programming
