CDL A Driver - Construction Support (Local Routes) | Miami, FL

Pay: $22-$28/hour (based on experience)
Location: Miami / South Florida
Schedule: Full-time | Day shift

Position Overview
We are seeking a CDL A Driver to support our field operations across the Miami area. This role is critical to keeping our crews moving-delivering materials, maintaining equipment, and supporting job site operations.

This is not just driving-you'll be hands-on supporting crews, loading materials, and keeping our fleet and job sites running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Deliver materials and equipment to and from job sites
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and job site materials
• Haul dump trailers and operate company vehicles (pickup, box truck, etc.)
• Assist with job site cleanup (debris, shingles, scrap, etc.)
• Complete vehicle and trailer maintenance logs
• Wash and maintain trucks and trailers
• Report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately
• Represent the company professionally with customers and crews

What We're Looking For

• CDL A License (Required)
• Clean driving record (must be insurable)
• Experience driving trucks, trailers, and construction materials preferred
• Ability to navigate Miami/South Florida routes efficiently
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments (heat, weather, job sites)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and reliability-this role supports active crews daily

Bonus Skills (We'll Train the Right Person)

• Experience operating dump trailers or light/heavy equipment
• Familiarity with GPS/navigation tools
• Willingness to learn equipment operation (material lifts, pumps, etc.)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly on active job sites
