Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and professional CDL Class A Driver to join our team for route-based deliveries in Newport, AR. As a driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to commercial customers while providing exceptional service and adhering to all DOT and company safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate product deliveries along assigned routes
• Read and interpret invoices, pick tickets, and delivery memos to verify orders
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections (tires, brakes, lights, fluid levels, etc.) and report maintenance needs
• Assemble, load, and unload customer orders using hand trucks, ramps, or stairs as required
• Place delivered products in designated storage areas per customer request
• Maintain product integrity and avoid damage through careful handling
• Rotate and merchandise product displays, replenish stock, and manage shelf inventory
• Maintain communication with dispatch or supervisor regarding delays, issues, or route changes
• Comply with all DOT, traffic, and safety regulations
• Represent the company with a professional appearance and conduct
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork, collect customer payments, and turn in required documentation daily
• Maintain clean and organized vehicle interiors and accurate vehicle logs

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A Arkansas driver's license

• Clean driving record (DMV)

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. repetitively

• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable route delivery experience

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Familiarity with customer service and safety standards
• Ability to use and learn delivery and inventory software
• Excellent relationship-building and time management skills
• Independent thinker with strong problem-solving ability
