With a roster of beautiful events across San Diego County, we offer a fun and flexible work environment where your passion for mixology and customer service can shine. Whether you're available for one shift a week or more, we have opportunities that can fit your schedule.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Preparation: Assist with bar setup, including unloading and organizing supplies.
- Mixology: Prepare a wide range of cocktails with precision, from classics to contemporary creations.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Inventory Management: Conduct quick inventory checks to guarantee event success.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to legal age requirements and monitor guest consumption to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean bar area and practice efficient work habits to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender with strong mixology knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and under pressure.
- A commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Physical ability to handle setup and breakdown of event spaces.
