Position Summary

As an on-call bartender, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at some of LA’s most exclusive events. Whether it’s crafting signature cocktails, providing impeccable customer service, or contributing to the overall energy of the event, you’ll be an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and polished manner, embodying the Candela brand.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to the unique needs of each event.
• Collaborate with the broader event team to ensure seamless service and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume or event-based setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• A "can-do" attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess any required certifications for alcohol service in Los Angeles.
