Job Summary eClerx is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Operations Associate to support form processing, 401(k) plan research, and outreach to employer HR teams-ensuring a smooth customer experience.
You'll help ensure we have accurate information and efficient processes to deliver a seamless rollover experience for our customers.
Responsibilities - Review and process customer forms accurately and efficiently
- Ensure completeness and compliance of all documentation
- Follow workflows for rollover-related paperwork
- Research employer-sponsored 401(k) plans
- Contact HR teams and plan administrators to obtain and verify plan information
- Track outreach and update records in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain turnaround times
Eligibility Requirements - Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Comfort with sensitive financial/customer information
- Clear communication skills (phone and email)
- Experience in operations, admin, or back-office roles is a plus
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $35,000-$45,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
