Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Assembly Operator. As an Assembly Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and testing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and a proactive approach to work, which will align successfully in the organization.

Production Associate – Electronics Manufacturing

Middletown, PA
Starting at $19/hr (opportunity to earn $22+/hr with incentives)
Openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly, production, or testing of electronic components
• Follow work instructions and technical guidelines with strong attention to detail
• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Operate equipment and tools as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail (required)
• Basic knowledge or understanding of electronics preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus
