This part-time Ambulatory Clinic Nurse (RN) position offers 20 hours/week Monday through Friday, supporting patients in a complex transplant care setting.
You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, utilizing your clinical skills to perform assessments, manage care, and educate patients and families. No transplant experience is required; training and mentorship are provided.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, preliminary assessments, intervention in complex cases, and documentation. The role requires an RN license, BLS certification, and a minimum of 6 months RN experience, with preferred Bachelor’s degree.
