Reports To: Operations Manager
Employment Status: Non-Exempt Full-Time, Year Round Position
Location: In-Person, AAK Elementary School Front Office
Work Hours/Days: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Start Date: May 1st, 2026
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Position Summary
The Front Office Receptionist, Registrar, and Attendance Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors. This position manages the front desk, maintains accurate student enrollment and records, oversees daily attendance processes, and monitors secure building access. The role supports the efficient and safe operation of the school by providing excellent customer service while ensuring accurate student data and adherence to school safety procedures.
